Bhs - British Home Stores Online
British Home Stores is something of a British institution. The high
street department store has undergone a renaissance since coming under
the ownership of Sir Phillip Green, and then becoming part of his Arcadia
group.
The very first British Home Stores was in Brixton, South London. It's
gone through various incarnations, even linking up with Sainsburys to
create Savacentre together at one point (now solely owned by Sainsburys)
but today is known as a great retailer for value for money, and
attractive fashions that have seen it challenging Marks and Spencer.
